Free training for Army and police recruitment for 100 Dharmavaram youth every year, says Satya Kumar Yadav

Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav launched a free training programme for youth of the Dharmavaram Assembly constituency in Sri Sathya Sai district who aspire to join the defence and security forces.
The programme, supported by Samskruti Seva Samithi and Tirupati-based S.V. Defence Academy, will provide coaching for Army, police and paramilitary recruitment. The aim is to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder talented youth from rural and urban areas from getting quality training.
The training will cover physical fitness, running, physical efficiency tests, discipline, written examinations and the overall selection process.
Speaking to the media, the Minister said the initiative had already started yielding results. In the recent Agniveer recruitment, 236 candidates from Dharmavaram appeared and 220 were selected, he said, which reflected the effectiveness of the guidance provided.
To reach more youth, the Minister has now arranged for 100 youth from the Dharmavaram constituency to be trained free of cost every year through the academy.
“The objective is to inculcate patriotism, discipline, confidence, and physical strength while helping youth secure stable government jobs and bring pride to their families and region,” Mr. Satya Kumar Yadav said.
