A video of a Taiwanese man hugging and twirling with an Indian woman has been doing the rounds on social media. The man in the video is reportedly Taiwanese actor and model Cheng Chang Fan.

What is the viral video?

In 2025, Cheng Chang Fan posted a video of himself looking affectionately at a hotel staff member who welcomed him with a customary aarti and tilak. Their polite and warm interaction was captured on camera and went viral, with many viewers noticing their apparent chemistry and speculating that their encounter could eventually turn romantic.

A year after sharing the video, Cheng Chang reportedly shared another video on Instagram Stories, which is no longer visible on his Instagram account. In the clip, he was seen reconnecting with an Indian woman, hugging and twirling her. He captioned the post, "And just like that… I flew her across the world, straight into my arms," further sparking speculation online that the two were dating.

Neither Cheng Chang nor the hotel staff member has released an official statement or formally confirmed whether they are in a relationship.

Cheng Chang's post on Indian women

Cheng Chang also took to Instagram to share photos with an Indian woman, seemingly hinting that she is the same woman he met at the hotel. He wrote, "Maybe the most beautiful thing about Indian women isn’t just what you see, but what you feel. They love loudly, care deeply, laugh with their whole hearts, and somehow still carry softness in a world that constantly asks them to be strong. Cheng Chang Fan is a Taiwanese actor and model. As per reports, he hails from Taipei and attended the University of the Arts in London, England. He is also the creator and owner of Cheng & Mach Exotic Florist in Taipei.

Cheng Chang has worked as a fashion model for high-end brands such as Dior, Hugo Boss and Burberry. He is best known for playing Kyan in the 2020 drama Craving You. He also released his solo single Ain't Nothing in 2022.
