Grass Valley Clover Fire: Evacuation map, updates as blaze burns in Nevada County near Alta Sierra

A vegetation fire, named the Clover Fire, is burning in Nevada County, California. The blaze was reported on Clover Valley Road in Grass Valley on Friday morning.
By 2:25 p.m. local time, the fire had burned more than five acres. Evacuation orders have been issued.
The Nevada County Sheriff’s Office issued an evacuation order for Zone NCO-E048 at 1:45 p.m. on Friday, due to the wildfire near Clover Valley Road and Rainbow Road.
The sheriff’s office urged residents in the affected zone to “EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY."

Evacuation centers
A temporary evacuation point has been established at Magnolia Intermediate School for residents who need to leave the area. The school is located at 22431 Kingston Lane, Grass Valley, CA 95949.
For animals, a temporary evacuation shelter has been established at the Nevada County Horseman, located at 10600 Bubbling Wells Rd, Grass Valley, CA 95945.
According to the sheriff’s office, children evacuated from Alta Sierra Elementary School are being transported to Magnolia Intermediate School.
Road closures are in effect at Rainbow Rd. and Carrie Rd. and Clover Valley Rd. and Brewer Rd.
