The Fire Department and Health Department also played a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. Additionally, the Navimumbai Police were present at all major locations to maintain law and order.

One noteworthy aspect was the initiative taken by residents of Digha Division, who opted to transport their idols to artificial immersion ponds instead of immersing them in traditional water bodies. This decision was met with widespread appreciation and applause from the community.
