Mira-Bhayander : In Mira-Bhayander Municipal Corporation area, the number of corona victims has gone over four thousand. As a result, the number of suspects is increasing day by day and the number of isolation cells is insufficient. To this end, Hon. Commissioner Dr.Vijay Rathod has approved 13 Hotels within the region as quarantine centre.

Rules for quarantine.
The room rates for keeping the suspects in the hotel are fixed at Rs. 2500 / – + GST. The following rules have been prepared for the use of room separation.
1) There will be only one suspect in a room.
2) Proof of identity card and address of residence is required while admitting the suspect to the hotel (as per government rules). Also take your own luggage to the hotel room.
3) Doctors, medical staff and suspects should not use the lobby area of the hotel, gymnasium, public space of the hotel and swimming pool.
4) In housekeeping service, room cleaning as well as tea / coffee, mineral water items will be replaced or refilled every three days. Three bath towels and three small towels as well as bed linen sheets will be replaced every three days. The tea-coffee pots in the room, the pots for drinking water and the materials provided for housekeeping will be replaced every three days. Additional items / accessories are provided on the same floor if required. Laundry service is not allowed.
5) Meal time Breakfast – 8.00 am to 10.00 am Lunch – 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm Dinner – 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm Only vegetarian meals will be given to the suspect. It will also be in the Disposable Tray as well as advance notice to the suspects by telephone. Balance, unwanted meals should be dumped in the corridor outside the room. Room service will not be provided under any circumstances. It is strictly forbidden to drink alcohol in a hotel or in a room.
6) Guests are not allowed in the room. Although there is an affordable hotel room rate for the citizens of Mira-Bhayander city, a public appeal should be made to the suspects to take advantage of the above private hotel.
