Mira Bhayander :- The Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation has notified all citizens that the water supply to the city will be temporarily halted due to the water distribution arrangements made by the Maha Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).
Under the water supply plan of MIDC, the cutting of water pipelines for the 12th gravity line and the installation of sluice gates for maintenance and repairs will lead to a complete shutdown of water supply in Mira-Bhayandar city from Thursday, 22/02/2024, midnight, until Friday, 23/02/2024, midnight (24 hours).
During this period, the water supply from MIDC will be entirely suspended, and only after the completion of necessary maintenance work, water supply will resume with reduced pressure and flow. Citizens are urged to use water judiciously and cooperate with the municipal authorities during this temporary disruption.
The corporation emphasizes the importance of water conservation and encourages residents to actively participate in water-saving practices. The Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation is working in collaboration with MIDC to ensure minimal inconvenience to the residents and requests their cooperation in managing water consumption efficiently.
