Mira-Bhayander : On 17/03/2021 and 18/03/2021 in Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation area under ward committee no. 3, 4 and 6 there were joint cracked downs on unauthorized constructions and peddlers.
Ward No.3, Ward Officer Mr. Damodar Sankhey, Ward no.4, Ward Officer Mrs. Kanchan Gaikwad, Ward No.6, Ward officer Mr. Swapnil Sawant Head of Encroachment Department Mr. Narendra Chavan, action was taken along with the help of junior engineers Vikas Shelke, Shubham Patil, Durges Ahire, Peddler squad Head and staff.
In this action Bhayander East Ward Committee no. 3 in Jay Ambe Industry unauthorized construction of Straw no.8 was demolished. In Ward Committee No.4, the unauthorized construction on the gutter at Deepak Hospital Alley was demolished. In Ward Committee No.6, an unauthorized building on a vacant lot adjacent to Rassaz Cinema was demolished. Also, action was taken against peddlers from Nilkamal Naka to Talao Road area.
The action was taken under the guidance of Mr. Dilip Dhole Honerable Commissioner and Mr. Ajit Muthe Deputy Commissioner (Encroachment Department).
From next week onwards action will be taken against unauthorized peddlers, garages, reservations on reserved plots, encroachments on government premises, unauthorized weather sheds, encroachments on footpaths and encroachments on RG premises in Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation area added by Deputy Commissioner (Encroachment) Mr. Ajit Muthe
