When Is Shravan Putrada Ekadashi

The Ekadashi fast is observed twice every month, and it is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Shravana Putrada Ekadashi is one of the important Ekadashis that is observed during the Shukla Paksha Ekadashi (11th day of the waxing moon) in the month of Shravana (July–August). The day is especially significant for married couples, particularly those praying for the blessing of a child, especially a son, who is traditionally believed to carry on family lineage and perform last rites.
