The tableau displayed by the Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple, Srisailam, on the theme ‘Dharmapatha’, or the path of righteousness, won the second prize at the 80th Independence Day celebrations in Nandyal town on Saturday (August 15, 2026).

The tableau showed the facilities provided to devotees and the issuance of tickets for darshan, Arjita Sevas and prasadam through the ‘Mana Mitra’ governance system.

It also showed details of tickets available online and the online registration assistance centres set up within the temple precincts.

Another section covered the ‘Maa Swami Mallanna, Maa Chentake’, or Our Lord Mallanna is beside us, outreach programmes conducted in Chenchu settlements, and the works planned for the Devasthanam.

Board of Trustees chairman Pothugunta Ramesh Naidu, Executive Officer M. Srinivasa Rao and several board members congratulated the temple staff.
