New Delhi: Realty firm Gaurs Group on Thursday said it expects to achieve sales bookings of around Rs 5,500 crore for the current fiscal on the back of strong launch pipeline in the coming months.

"We sold properties worth Rs 5,500 crore, mostly housing, during the last fiscal year. We expect the sales booking to remain at same level for the current 2026-27 fiscal," Gaurs Group Chairman Manoj Gaur told reporters here.

The company also said it has partnered with Seaform Germany, a European manufacturer of premium modular kitchens and wardrobe solutions, to procure products worth Rs 150 crore over the next five years.

Gaurs Group will use these products in its under-development and forthcoming residential projects, covering more than 10,000 premium kitchens over a period of 5 years.

He said the company would launch 3-4 housing projects in Noida and Yamuna Expressway by March next.

Gaur said demand continues to be strong in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad due to lack of supply from good builders.

On the tie-up with the German firm, Veshesh Gaur, Director, Gaurs Group, said, "A partnership of this scale will allow customers across our projects to experience a higher and more consistent benchmark in kitchens and wardrobes."

Klaus Wartlik, Managing Director, Seaform Germany, said the company is looking to tie up more developers.
