Four people have died while five Indian Army personnel have gone missing after a flash flood triggered by heavy rain in Arunachal Pradesh’s Dibang Valley district, PTI reported on Saturday.

The landslide occurred at the Keojaring-Byaching road cutting site in Upper Subansiri district.

The deceased have been identified as Tadu Baki, Taji Rai, Markosh Basumatari and Babul Ali, the report said.
