FIR Against 22-Year-Old For Allegedly Driving Wrong Side And Hitting Bike In Lower Parel

Mumbai: The N.M. Joshi Marg Police have registered an FIR against a 22-year-old man for allegedly driving a four-wheeler on the wrong side of the road and hitting a two-wheeler at Curry Road Naka in Lower Parel.

According to police, the incident took place on August 21, at around 9.40 pm. The accused, identified as Rishabh Pintu Samar (22), was allegedly driving a four-wheeler bearing registration number MH 43 X 4381 in the opposite direction of traffic when he collided with the complainant's motorcycle, causing damage to the vehicle.
Based on a complaint filed by Siddharth Jaiswar (33), a resident of Link Road, Dharavi, the N.M. Joshi Marg Police registered under Sections 281, 125 and 324(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The case was registered on August 22 at around 6.05 am. A notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS has been served on the accused. Police are conducting further investigations. PSI N.V.
