Adverse weather conditions and heavy rains in Delhi are affecting flight operations to and from the national capital on Monday, with Air India, IndiGo and SpiceJet issuing travel advisories asking passengers to check their flight status before leaving for the airport.



Air India said adverse weather conditions “may impact” flight operations to and from Delhi and urged passengers to check the latest flight status before heading to the airport.

IndiGo also warned passengers that bad weather over Delhi had impacted flight schedules. The airline said it was closely monitoring the weather and advised travellers to check their flight status on its website or app before leaving for the airport. It also asked passengers to allow additional travel time, citing the possibility of slower road conditions.
