The primary goal of this initiative is to ensure the complete collection of property taxes and utilize the revenue for developmental activities and urban expansion. Mr. Sanjay Shripatrav Katkar, the Commissioner of MBMC, has called upon property owners to cooperate in this endeavor to foster city development and collaborative efforts.
As part of this campaign, delinquent property owners will receive notices and final reminders to clear their dues. Subsequently, strict action will be taken against defaulters who fail to comply with the payment regulations.

In response to this challenge, Commissioner Sanjay Shripatrav Katkar has mandated all departmental and divisional offices to remain open on Saturdays until March 31, 2024, to facilitate property tax payments.
