Navi Mumbai :- In a heartfelt homage to the profound thinker and dedicated humanitarian, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation celebrated his birth anniversary at their headquarters’ amphitheater. Dr. Babasaheb Rajale, Deputy Commissioner of the Administration Department, offered a floral tribute on behalf of the Municipal Corporation.
Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, a visionary social worker known for his deep contemplation and unwavering commitment to the principles of integral humanism, left an indelible mark on society. His contributions extended to the very core of social development, aiming to uplift every segment of society. His philosophy of “Antyodaya,” or the advancement of the weakest sections economically and socially, has been a guiding light for many.
To honor his memory, September 25th is observed as “Antyodaya Diwas,” a day dedicated to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya’s ideals. On this occasion, municipal officials, employees, and staff paid their respects to the great social thinker.
