Palghar :- In a heartwarming celebration of dedication and excellence in education, the Palghar Zilla Parishad has announced that eight outstanding teachers from the district will be honored with the prestigious Adarsh Teacher District Award this year. The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on September 5, 2023, in the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including the Guardian Minister and distinguished public representatives.
The announcement was made by Prakash Nikam, the President of the District Palghar, along with Pankaj Kore, Vice President and Chairman of the Education Committee, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad Palghar, Bhanudas Palve.
The initiative to recognize these exemplary educators began with a proposal from Chief Executive Officer Bhanudas Palve, which was submitted to the Divisional Commissioner for approval. Following the District Committee’s approval, the Divisional Commissioner gave the green light for the awards ceremony.
The eight teachers who have been selected for this prestigious honor are as follows:

2. Rajendra Digambar Jadhav from Mokhada
3. Vinod Gajanan Dohale from Vikramgad
4. Hemant Adhikari from Wada
5. Ravi Laxman Budhar from Jawhar
6. Ruchita Mahesh Suryavanshi from Vasai
7. Umesh Baban Raut from Palghar
8. Varunakshi Bharat Andre from Dahanu
