Navi Mumbai : Considering the importance of paying close attention to entry restriction measures in the containment zone to curb the growing spread of corona, Municipal Commissioner Mr. Abhijeet Bangar has been directed to Assistant Commissioner of all the departmental offices to remain vigilant. Responsibility for strict adherence to the rules of the Containment Zone in the Society. It has been entrusted to the office bearers of the Society by the order dated 5th April, 2021.
If there are more than five patients in a society, the society is declared as a micro containment zone and a letter is issued to the office bearers of the society concerned declaring it as a society containment. And at the entrance of the society a similar sign is being displayed in the viewing area.
The entry or exit of any citizen from a society declared as such a micro containment zone is prohibited. In case of violation of this rule, the society will be fined Rs. 10 thousand is being fined. Also the second time the amount is Rs. 25 thousand and from the third time onwards, a fine of Rs. 50,000 is being levied each time.
Vijaygad Society at Sector 25 Nerul in Belapur Division, thus violating the rules of Micro Containment Zone, Ganesh Tower in Sector 1 in Vashi Division and Mahavir Malhar Society in Sector 6 in Ghansoli Division as well as two buildings A1 and A5 in Millennium Tower in Sector 9 Sanpada in Turbhe Division at a total cost of Rs. 10 thousand. Also, as the corona test of the laborers working on the ongoing construction of the house in Sector 15B type has not been done, the builder has to pay Rs. 10 thousand such punitive action has been taken.
Everyone needs to be vigilant to break the rapidly growing chain of corona, especially in societies where large numbers of corona have been found.
