Kalyan : Today, we saw a strange situation at Patripul, Raheja in Kalyan. Traffic Warden was seen taking action regarding E-Challan. In fact, as far as I know, Traffic Warden (TW) is only there to help the traffic police to regulate traffic. Most likely, the law here is something different.
