Thane : Ornet Health Care Pvt. Ltd. has started the facility of Covid Care Call Center to provide daily medical condition to the patients who have been kept at home (Home Isolation) and to provide them timely medical help as per their requirement. The Covid Care Call Center will be run by this organization and demonstrations were shown in the permanent hall of Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation through this organization. Also, as per the guidelines of Home Isolation of the Government at this time, while handing over the set of Home Isolation Kit required to the medical officer, the Hon’ble Mayor, Hon’ble Commissioner, Hon’ble Assembly Leader, Deputy Commissioner, Medical Officer and officers of the organization were present. Ornet Health Care Pvt. Through this organization, Covid patients who are kept at home through the Covid call center of the corporation will be contacted by calling high risk Comorbid patients once a day and patients who have become covid once a week. If such patients need medical help, they will get it immediately from the doctors in the “warroom” set up at the municipal headquarters. Similarly, counseling will be provided through this facility to provide mental support to every patient.
Home Isolation Kit: – As per the government’s Home Isolation Guidelines, a set of essential medicines has been prepared for the treatment of each Covid patient who is kept at home (Home Isolation). These include Tab Vitamin ‘C’, Tab Zinc, Tab Paracetamol, Tab Vitamin’D3 ’as well as a mask and sanitizer. The above medicines and items in the form of kits will be provided to each patient in the home isolation area by the Municipal Civil Health Center and this will eliminate the need for the patient to visit the hospital during the quarantine period.
