Mira-Bhayander : Considering the growing number of corona patients in Mira Bhayandar, Shiv Sena Karyasamrat MLA Sarnaik Saheb is continuously pursuing for the construction of Covid care center and hospital with 1000 bed capacity in the city at Balasaheb Thackeray Ground in Mira Road and has also got the approval from Hon’ble Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
On 14th July he met Commissioner Dr. Vijay Rathore , as a result MBMC Commissioner agreed to set up the Covid-19 Care Center on or before 15th August and tender has already been issued for the same.
Whereas, on 27th July ‘DEDICATED COVID HEALTH CENTER’ at Late.Pramod Mahajan Hall & Late.Minatai Thackeray Hall capacity of 376 beds will be open for patients.
A Facility Officer has been appointed to provide better facilities to Corona patients like food, coffee, hot water, etc. in the quarantine center. To prevent robbery of private hospitals in Mira Bhayander, the patient’s bill will be audited by the municipality.
With the intervention of Shiv Sena MLA Sarnaik Saheb in Mira Bhayander city, “Chase the virus” campaign has started. Under this campaign, every house will be inspected. Report in half an hour. Starting with 14000 “Rapid Antigen Test Kits” and after receiving 100000 kits, the investigation will be more faster.
